I've been using Gentiva Personal Care - Prescott for four or five years now. They're excellent. They've always been very, very good. They're very reliable and they care about their people that they're working for. It's always been a good experience. I use them once a week. They help me around my apartment, then with some personal care. They're very reliable when it comes to scheduling.

I've been a client of Gentiva Personal Care - Prescott for three years now. I'm really happy with their service. Carol is my caregiver, and she cleans immaculately. She changes my sheets every two weeks and she empties my garbage and checks my mail along with all the other chores I have her do. I had her put together a table today and she put it together in no time as usual. She's wonderful. I use them once a week. They're great with scheduling. If she's not going to be here, they call me and let me know if they got somebody that can fill in or whatever. It's great.

I've been using Gentiva Personal Care - Prescott for over a year and two months now. They're very helpful. They do a very fine job and we appreciate the help that they've given us. We get housecleaning once a week. They're very good, very professional, very courteous, very polite, and very responsive. Julie is the one that goes to the house and the other woman that we've dealt with is Denette, and they're both really good.

There are two areas where Gentiva shows its professionalism. First is the frequent phone calls I get from Gentiva staffers to make sure that I am happy with the service. That is very welcome. Secondly are the aids that show up to help me.All of these aides have been very helpful and eager to help with patient issues. I will talk about La Donna for a moment as a good example. The two words I would use to describe her are professional and very well informed. If I ever have questions about medical issues I have found that she always has a correct answer for me. She is always professional in appearance and demeanor. She visits my house twice a week and she is always on time. She always has a smile and a helpful attitude. Her patient is always the center of her attention and she is always busy here at the house keeping things clean and tidy. She has the ability to anticipate my needs before I know what I need. She is very flexible with her time restraints when I have to go for a doctor’s apt. I have been very happy with the reliability and care she provides.

We've been using Kindred at Home for nine months now. The individual that we work with provides everything we need and I like everything about it. I use them three times a week for two hours each. They help me bathe and dress, and they walk with me for probably 20 minutes, three times a week. She makes the beds, makes our breakfasts, and washes the clothes for us. All nine months, the same individual (even on like the Labor Day) was here, so scheduling is never a problem. The caregiver comes at 7:00 in the morning and leaves at 9:00.

We're using Kindred at Home. Julie is absolutely wonderful. She's always pleasant. She gets in and does her work and does extra work even. I couldn't ask for any more. I would recommend her to everybody as long as they didn't take her away from me. My husband is my caregiver. Julie comes in and cleans the house once a week. When I had surgery, Julie could've made meals and she could've done anything that we needed and she did. She comes every Tuesday from 12:30 to 3:30. There's a couple of times that I had to be gone and they changed the days. They're very easy to work with. She comes in and gets everything done. With her coming in, my husband is able to do his other work on the ranch.

Living with Multiple Sclerosis and osteoarthritis and in Remission from stage 3 Breast Cancer, my life is far more limited then I would like. I was fortunate enough to be referred by NACOGG to Kindred Care and their fabulous caregiver Barbara. Once a week Barbara brightens my day with pleasant conversation as she does chores around my house that I am unable to do. When I’m shaky, in pain, feeling weak she is there to stand by while I shower. She also can get things from the store for me that I might need. Because of Kindred Care and Barbara I am less depressed and feel still some what capable of living the quality of life I deserve. What a blessing!

I've been working with Kindred at Home for years and I'm presently very, very happy with my caregiver. They're so reliable. They always make sure I have someone here. I now have someone that's been here for months and she's so good. She's permanent for me and that's what I need and want, so I'm very, very happy with Kindred. They make sure you're taken care of. They do housecleaning. Their schedule is every two weeks, six hours, twice a month. They're on time. They come in and immediately know what to do. I have a list and they follow that list. She gets everything done and she's really quick. She's an elderly lady. She's about 78 or 79, and she's really good.

Kindred at Home is great. I have a caregiver for three hours a week. The particular woman that comes to see me is fantastic. She anticipates me in terms of my needs and everything. She has initiative, and she's really intelligent and compassionate. She basically helps me out in terms of housekeeping. I'm homebound, and I don't have a family or close friends here, and she goes out for me to pick up groceries or whatever I need. She's a blessing. I really look forward to seeing her once a week and I wish I had her more often. She's really special. My caregiver helps me with just about everything, even down to trying to help me figure out my smart phone, and she also set up my computer. Mostly she does light cleaning around the house because I can't do that. She's really, really fast and efficient. She takes initiative. I don't need to tell her everything step by step, she just looks around and see what needs to be done, and she does it.The staff at Kindred communicates very well with me. I never had a problem. They're very good and very accommodating in terms of scheduling and everything. I'm sure that they're trained and they're professional about what they do. They're good with family members in doing what is expected and is asked. I know the supervisor is there and they're up-to-date on making sure they get their training and instruction and all that. I think it's a great agency. I changed from another one to Kindred, and I've been pleasantly surprised.

I'm using Kindred at Home for my father; he's 93. They really care. They get you great people. They help you out whenever they can. My dad has always liked everybody they have gotten. They did some laundry for me. They've done things that I've never asked them to do as far as cleaning and straightening up, which was fabulous. They have a hard time finding people because it's not an easy time right now to get help, but they have always been very kind to me. They've taken very good care of my dad. They've always been very, very friendly, and they've always been on time.

I have been using Kindred at Home for Mike for a very long time. They're awesome. Right now, I have somebody that comes two days a week for showers for him. They do a great job. She's wonderful. Everybody we've dealt with Kindred at Home for any reason when he had physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, it was great and it was absolutely outstanding. Mike has only been having the showers now for maybe two years now, and then we also had PT, OT, and speech and all that, but that was at the beginning, and that's how we found out about Kindred. They're great. The communication is great. They always let me know what's going on. If something's going to be different, they always call me and tell me, 'Hey, this is going to be the change, can work on your schedule this way?' We are a very tight schedule for my husband, so we are limited as to what we can do for time because from 8 to 4, I can't have anybody Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If they come after 4:00, then it's great. If they can't come after 4:00, then that's a problem. They're really terrific. With Kindred, you can't lose because they're just wonderful. I'm always promoting them to people that I know are looking.

I have a girl named Emily from Kindred at Home and she's a super nice young lady. She came in here and vacuumed my house. She's very kind and very nice. If I had a granddaughter, she would be a great granddaughter. She did a great job. I can't thank them enough. I wish I could afford them full time. They are nice people. They give me 12 hours a month and it helps me a whole lot when it comes to things I can't do. They help me with cooking, cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, doing the bathrooms, and doing the laundry. You name it, they could do it when it comes to that. The only thing that Emily doesn't want to do is give me bath, and I can understand that. I already have somebody who gives me a bath once a week and he's a private person. They're great. When it came to time for them to call me and set me up with a person, I don't have any problems.

My caregiver from Kindred at Home is very good. I live by myself. She does housekeeping and she does my laundry. She actually changes the sheet on my bed. She does other kinds of cleaning for me like mopping the floor and vacuuming. She provides general housekeeping. She is very good, and she is very honest. She gets along with me, too. She has been with me for three or four months now. Every Wednesday, between 12:30 and 1, she is here. I can't say anything bad about her.

The worker from Kindred at Home is very good. I only have one hand and one leg so she helps me do everything. I like Chinese cooking so she helps me cut the food, she cleans the whole house, she vacuums, she changes sheets, and she folds the clothes. She does everything. She is here for almost half a year already. I don't need to follow her, she can do everything I want.

I have been using Kindred at Home for a couple of years now. I have somebody clean my apartment, vacuum it, and clean the kitchen, just whatever needs to be done. It is fairly light. I also have somebody do my laundry because my shoulder needs a replacement and I can't lift, push, pull and boost up like that with only one arm. They're very focused and they're very nice. They take care of the billing and scheduling, too. They're very good. I don't have any issues with them at all.

It has been at least for a year and a half or maybe more that I have been using Kindred at Home. They're providing me with 10 hours a week of care financed by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Sometimes it is meal preparation, which is something just as simple as helping get the milk out of the refrigerator and pouring it on my cereal all the way to bringing me meals out of the goodness of their hearts for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The caregivers are both middle-aged women and married, but they are both dedicated to making sure that I am getting the best care that they can possibly give me. These folks are really dedicated. They're doing a great job.

We had different people from Kindred at Home at first. However, it is a very nice organization. They kept communication open and always called to make sure everything was going well. They're very good. The girls were nice. It was a good experience. They helped me change my husband when he needed to be changed. They only came a couple of hours a week. They would tidy up the kitchen sometimes. The first caregiver used to help feed him too, so that was good. If I needed the help, then they would help me. They were always available when they're here. I used them for 10 months. My husband was very comfortable with Lynn and Caitlyn. He is pretty easygoing and he doesn't complain about anybody with me.

We have been using Kindred at Home for about a month now. They have provided help with my husband with the shower and respite care for me to go shopping. I remember I called them and complimented them on the first girl that they sent over. She was an angel. I have never had respite care before and I have never been in this position, so I didn't know what to expect but she was so sweet and so caring. Well, my husband is very comfortable with the caregivers. The VA is taking care of the billing. Sometimes, it is a little haphazard because I will call in as I need help on this date and they will say, I will call you back but they never called me back, but I know someone is coming. Somebody always shows up. I am very pleased with the service that we have gotten. My husband is a grumpy old man but he accepts them. No qualms, no snickering. They're in charge and that's what needed.

We have been using Kindred at Home for about a year now. It is for me; I had two heart surgeries last year. They come out and take care of the house. Sometimes while the caregiver is here, I take a bath. I like to have somebody in the house most of the time if I'm going to be taking a shower. My caregiver is wonderful and she is very good. Also the one I had before, sat down and talked to me and did everything. She was busy the whole time that I needed her. Well, if the caregiver says that she can't come that day, then they reschedule it. They're very dependable. If I need anything, I just call them. I'm really happy with them.

I'm working with Kindred at Home for two months now. The one I have now helping me, I really appreciate her. She is really good. She helps me with my bath and the floors. She is quiet but she doesn't sit around. She gets in there and does the work. We got the scheduling worked out alright. They gave me this girl and she is really great. It is all good with Kindred at Home because I can get much help. They are better than others. The caregiver is really nice and really good. I would recommend them over any of the other ones.

She makes my last days on earth good. Tracey is great. She comes and cleans my house, spotless I may add, gets my pills, my mail, and groceries if I need it. Since my life is shorten to illness, if I am having a bad day, she reminds me to eat and take my medicine and that I have plenty of fluids at my bedside, and my call device for help at my fingertips. A few times she has baked goodies and shared with me. I love her dearly.

My caregiver, Denise, is wonderful. She is very thorough in her duties. She is always on time and does everything I need. I'm grateful she comes each week.

Very good. Caretakers took interest in my dad and were very accommodating to his needs. When a caretaker didn't work out, the office personnel were quick to resolve and find a replacement.

I can't say enough positive about Kindred in Prescott. From the intake from Judy, office help, and Jean who came to my mother's home, everyone was so pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful to me and my mother. They were very supportive and I had no concerns about leaving mom in their care! Thank you!

I have been having Shirley for the past year or so and really like her. She keeps Gene busy and motivated, helping him with homework from speech, cognitive and occupational therapy for Parkinson's. She always comes prepared with some kind of project that they do together, but also understands when he need some down time.

My husband needs full time care and we have used Kindred at Home for 3 years. They are wonderful. Everyone is professional and they have all bent over backwards to provide good care for him and to find just the right caregivers for him. The people in the office are wonderful and helpful and the caregivers are great.
